The Digital Archive of Local Tradition was created in 2011 as part of a project implemented by the KARTA Centre Foundation as part of the Library Development Programme. It acquires, secures, develops and makes available archival materials related to the history and cultural heritage of the Sępoleński County in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship. The aim is to integrate the local community and encourage it to save the history and traditions of Sępólno Krajeńskie. Archival materials obtained from private individuals are used, m.in others, in the publishing and exhibition activities of the library. The collections are made available at the library, and digital copies of archival materials are available on the website: http://sepolno.krajenskie.archiwa.org.
